Past Events & Seminars 2024

In 2024, ACCAPE continued its mission of bridging expertise between Canadian and Chinese building practices through a diverse series of technical seminars and community engagements. The year was marked by high-impact sessions on the 2024 BC Building Code revisions, specialized workshops on Mechanical Design for Multiplex Dwellings, and an introduction to CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design). Beyond technical growth, the association strengthened its professional network through signature social events, including the Annual New Year Gala co-organized with the CCBA, the Stave Falls Powerhouse technical tour, and the vibrant Dragon Boat Mini Race, successfully blending industry education with community building.
